A chess calendar has now been added to the cloud for the use by all clubs. This calendar can be edited by anyleague officer or secretary. Members (or anyone else) may view the calendar, but they will need to contact their secretary to allow me to update privileges. The calendar contains the fixtures (the website fixtures will give you a better filter if you want to look at specific teams or divisions), tournament and club events.

This calendar will allow clubs and the league to work together so that events can be arranged that do not clash with club specific functions. It will allow us all to add chess events that we deem important, and provide a form of advertising.

The calendar shows club specific events (and the clubs involved), events that are open to all members (provided they have been entered in time), and the venue in which these occur. I have currently added February and March, I'll slip other dates in between my busy schedule!

Please note check with your captains, clubs, the league website and event contacts if dates are relevant to you. If there has been an alteration, this may not have been updated as it is down to secretaries to put changes in, should your club wish to use this tool.
